The meeting Mind-Body

One of the major limitations in psychotherapeutic processes is the abandonment of the body, in which priority is given to a mental discourse that is often superficial and mechanical, completely disconnected from the bodily narrative, often it even seems that discourse and body contradict each other, and it is precisely at this point where the novelty of this therapeutic approach lies, in which paths are enabled for the meeting between eros and psyche, that is, between body and reason, between word and movement, between thought and work, promoting an integral approach between body, mind and spirit.

Yoni Egg

The sweet legacy of our ancestors

The Yoni egg is a sacred object and an ancient female tantric practice that opens paths to the awakening of the goddess, enables a deep exploration and healing of the feminine and masculine in every woman, of the uterus as a source of creativity and pleasure, this way, the Yoni Egg awakens an intimate connection with the dream worlds that will be a fundamental tool of inspiration and wisdom that will help to awaken our intuition and our instincts.

Our body is the territory where our memories and those of our ancestors live, in it dwells the unconscious and therefore also our deepest desires, our frustrations, repressed emotions, unspeakable secrets, hidden fears etc ... The Yoni Egg practices allow a liberation, cleansing and re-signification of our deepest memories and emotions, which are usually contained in our womb and in our heart, in this order of ideas, if we want to heal the body, if we want to heal our relationships, we must begin by healing our heart.

In the practices with the Yoni Egg we work with three main elements:

Breathing exercises

The way we breathe will be the way we open or close ourselves to life, therefore breathing is a fundamental tool when it comes to rooting ourselves in our body and opening ourselves to pleasure.

Dance

Body and mind influence each other and function identically, therefore when we mobilize the body throw the dance, when we relax its armors, its tensions, emotions, mind and life also begin to flow. One of the wonders that we slowly begin to perceive through dance, is a deep and spontaneous eroticization of the body, which transforms not only the relationship with ourselves but at the same time, with the world around us.

Lunar diagram

This tool will allow us to identify the archetypes of the goddesses that are activated in synchrony with our menstrual-lunar cycle, in this way we will achieve greater self-knowledge to better understand our sexuality, our emotions, our multiple ways of showing ourselves to the world, our energy levels, our creativity, etc...

About me

Transpersonal psychologist, bioenergetic therapist, poet and dancer, both my life experiences and my native country have led me to paint a worldview nourished by myths and rites told and recreated not only in the past by our ancestors but also and especially in our present, in our daily life, All of which has awakened in me a great concern to regain a connection with the language and the symbolic, metaphorical look, but also a need to regain the notion, the experience and the place of the sacred in our lives, a need to listen again not only with the ears but with the wisdom of the whole body and discover that the memories of our ancestors are still alive in it.

I join my passions to heal, from dance and myth, promoting a union between body and spirit, between word and act, between sexuality and spirituality, between pleasure and the creative act, I am interested in walking towards the deep, to return to the unknown, to those unimaginable places of ourselves in order to alchemize our pain and live a fuller life, rooted in the body, eroticism and the divinity that dwells within us.
